Lieya Hanelin is the Owner of Dance Masters Performing Arts in Westlake Village, CA. The studio is more than just a place to take dance lessons, it’s a place to laugh, learn, make new friends, build confidence and master goals. Lieya wishes this for everyone who steps foot in her studio. She also is an actress, mind coach, dance instructor, performer, dog mom and is newly married as of August 2024.

Helping clients understand their options and achieve their goals are what make my job so rewarding. Every client is unique, so together we can develop a personalized approach that meets today’s needs and tomorrow’s as well.

Alyson Berg is a professional studio based in Thousand Oaks, specializing in branding, headshots, beauty, maternity, and family portraits.

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, I’m passionate about community connections and all things home design. As the Marketing Manager for JRP Design & Remodel, I represent our full-service design-build firm based in Westlake Village.

As the Chief Development Officer for the Southeast Ventura County YMCA, Dani Hutchison is dedicated to making sure the Y has the vital resources it needs to fulfill its incredible mission. With over seven years at the organization, she began as Marketing and Event Director, naturally transitioning into development thanks to her mentor’s guidance. She officially became CDO in January 2025.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Gillian Miller brings a passion for people, animals, and community to everything she does.

Kimarie brings a unique background to mortgage lending. Before joining Mainstreet Mortgage, she spent a decade in Europe as a professional Opera Singer and International Business and Cultural Consultant.

As the chief operating officer for Avant One Real Estate, Robert Weisz manages the brokerage’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Robert delivers daily results with his strong analytical, managerial, communication, leadership, and people skills.
