As an employment law attorney, Brier’s practice focuses on a wide variety of employment and business litigation matters before the state and federal courts, as well as in multiple administrative forums.
Brier represents all types of employers, from small businesses with three employees to large international companies with over a thousand employees. Brier graduated from Southwestern Law School in May of 2010. While at Southwestern, she was on the Dean’s List and participated in the Student Bar Association. Brier was an associate editor of the Southwestern Law Review and published her article in the 2010 Southwestern Law Review. Brier earned her bachelor of science in civil engineering from California State University, Sacramento in December of 2005. She practiced briefly as a civil engineer prior to attending law school. Brier is actively involved in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and volunteers at the Ventura County Legal Aid Clinic. She is also an active member of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, where she served as the Chair of the Board of Directors in 2016/2017 and a board member of the Ventura County Barristers Board, which is part of the Ventura County Bar Association.
