As the chief operating officer for Avant One Real Estate, Robert Weisz manages the brokerage’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Robert delivers daily results with his strong analytical, managerial, communication, leadership, and people skills.
He simultaneously builds and cultivates the procedures for multiple facets of the business. An effective leader in various upper management roles, Robert has led and directed multiple departments within the company.
A Los Angeles native, Robert graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a degree in administration of justice. He also earned a teaching credential for community college and secondary education. Robert has served on the executive board for many organizations, including the Los Angeles Retired Fire and Police Association. In his spare time, Robert enjoys golfing and boating around Westlake Village Lake.
